And among those consultants, MLink Technologies Inc. stands tall.
The Dallas-navigationd company specializes in the creation of interactive support and e-learning systems to meet the needs of international technology partners. The 20-person company has managed to sweep on-line learning competitions for the last two years and has earned some 20 local and international awards for technology product training.

Smith sees tremendous growth potential in the coming decade as the communications boom continues unabated. As the devices produced by MLink Technologies' clients grow in complexity, their need for comprehensive, virtual-world training grows in tandem.
"Our future and creativity are so intimately integrated with our clients and their competitive landscape," Smith said. "Increasing bandwidth, wireless devices, global markets and skilled workforce shortages will drive more innovative on-line and mobile learning media."
