As president of MLink Technologies, Curt Swayne is driven by the intersection of people, ideas, resources, and learning. Since 1995, Curt’s leadership has been instrumental in MLink's growth and evolution as the premier source of custom learning solutions for global brands. Curt provides the strategic vision for MLink; however, his background as a creative, his background in production, and his background in developing people all help inform his view.
We believe in building relationships as much as we do in building learning solutions. That means trust, intentional design, attention to detail, quality, and timely delivery are the backbone for MLink's relationship with every client.
Account Manager, Client Services
Jeff Cade is MLink's account manager whose client advocacy goes beyond management. Jeff is the key relationship builder for MLink. However, Jeff does more than relationship building and maintenance. He is also responsible for identifying and revealing opportunities for those relationships to grow and flourish. In addition, Jeff is MLink's resident marketing crier, proclaiming MLink's learning solutions to clients eager for training that changes behavior and outcomes.
